I woke up this morning and stretched over as much as my bed as physically possible as if my blanket covered queen sized mattress were the world. I figure since it is the start to my day, why not do something that makes me imagine I’m beginning to go where I want to go, right? That was the first thing to get me going and out of the zone of me wondering what is going to happen with my life in the next few months; I was to be in the zone of peace and strength and no one could pull me out of it. A strong woman like once perceived my fragile body and frame to be, without the unnecessary bullshit of needing to be in someones arms to feel content with the world. I am a strong compelling force of nature that does not need anyone, but rather something to do

I started off today with a list of what I have to do whether it is when I first get up, or next month when I shoot FOB, or whenever I decide to enlist on some site like Suicide Girls (A joke, for now anyways).

And today? I have some stuff to straighten out with a band, prep to sell my old film equipment (and develop my remains), pick up a friend from high-school I have not seen in years, and photograph as well as interview a boy-band from the 90’s.

Simple, right?

Yeah.

Anyways, another thing that has been on my list of things to do is come up with what I am going to turn my body into. Now I know most of you are probably thinking “Amanda, if you get tattoos right when you turn 18, you are going to regret them.” This may be true, but I have decided that I want to turn my body into a mural of art done by several artists, in dedication to their work and the world I see around me.

Little did I realize beforehand that many of the tattoo artists in my region are not close to being on the level I wish they were at.
